Training Course Terms and Conditions
Course Bookings 

Booking Procedure

Please reach out and send an email to info@unleashinfinitepotential.com with your full name and the training you would like to attend. You will then be contacted to discuss further and to have the booking confirmed.

 

Booking Confirmation

Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with an invoice. Your place is guaranteed once payment has been received. 

 

Payment Policy

Payment must be received in advance of the training course. Savings will be applied for early bird bookings and these will be agreed at point of confirmation, deadlines for the savings will apply and will be made known.

By Bank Transfer:

Please make these out to: Infinite Potential Ltd and mail it to Unit 2104, 21/F, Mongkok Commercial Centre, 16 Argyle Street, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. 

 

By Credit Card:

A PayPal link can be provided to allow for online payments.

  

Group Savings

Savings will apply for group bookings, please contact us for further details for the course you are interested in. 

  

Cancellation/ Transfer Policy

 

Course Transfers

We will always do our best to accommodate the need to transfer to a different training date. Due to there being a maximum number of participants for all courses, advance notice is required and will be subject to availability of the other course dates. Agreement will be at the sole discretion of Infinite Potential Ltd. There will be no charge to transfer the date when notification is received with at least 30 days notice. A transfer fee of 15% of the course fee will be payable if the notice is received less than 30 before the start of the original course. No refund will be made in the event of a transfer and no more than one transfer will be allowed. 

 

Requests to transfer a course must be made in writing to info@unleashinfinitepotential.com.

 

Cancelling Your Place

If you notify Infinite Potential in writing no less than 30 days before the start date of the course, you will receive a full refund. If you withdraw with less than 30 days notice and are unable to nominate someone to take your place, the full fee will remain payable. If you nominate someone to take your place on the course, Infinite Potential should be notified with at least 72hrs notice prior to the start time and date of the course. 

 

No Show at Courses

If you fail to attend the course that you have booked and have not given prior notice to Infinite Potential then the course fee will remain payable in full and no transfer will be allowed. 

 

Cancellation by Infinite Potential

Where circumstances dictate, Infinite Potential reserves the right to alter published programmes, dates, trainers, fees or venues without prior notice. In the event of a course being cancelled, you will be entitled to transfer to the next available course date or to request a refund. Where a refund is requested, a refund of the course fee will be made but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.
